IVR Tester

Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in daily Scrum, Sprint Planning and backlog grooming, retrospective and review meetings.
IVR Testing in Spanish
Automate existing manual test cases using CYARA.
Status reporting and defect triaging
Centralize test case suite maintenance by functionality and Line of Business, ensuring alignment with call flow versions between QA and prod environment
Maintain or update existing CYARA scripts in alignment with ongoing scrum or enterprise changes for all Lines of Business.
Must Haves
5 or more years of experience as a testing engineer with emphasis on IVR, telecommunications and contact centre testing.
Experience testing the Spanish language
Strong Healthcare experience is recommended with good understanding of Claims, Accumulators, Benefits and Membership
Must have previous IVR and interface testing experience, including skills-based routing testing, IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems)
Prior experience with Cyara tool. Identify areas for automation and write automation scripts using Cyara or Hammer
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of conversational AI and IVR solutions to ensure successful integration with Contact Center systems, Stay up to date with emerging conversational AI and IVR technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions
Working Experience in a formal Agile testing methodologies and adherence to good testing practices
Strong testing background; QA strategies and best practices, QA planning, test plan and test case writing and execution, QA mentoring
Proficiency in Test Scenarios, Creating and update IVR Test plans, Test cases, Test data, Executing test cases, Logging & Tracking Defects
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF) and Tomcat is good to have
