**100% Remote**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance our HighRadius platform. This role will be responsible for managing system configurations, user access, integrations, and supporting business process optimization across finance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business users and cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of HighRadius modules and security protocols.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • System Administration & Configuration
    • Manage HighRadius configurations, including module setup, workflows, and automation rules.
    • Oversee user access management, security roles, and permissions.
    • Administer integrations between HighRadius and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Blackline).
  • Business Process Support
    • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to understand and document business processes.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
    • Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
    • Provide training and support to end users on HighRadius functionality.
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Testing & Documentation
    • Lead UAT planning and execution for HighRadius enhancements and releases.
    • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration logs.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
    • Support SOX and other regulatory documentation as applicable


Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HighRadius (e.g., Cash Application, Deductions, Collections).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials or other ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of access controls, integration frameworks, and data governance.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
