They are currently looking for an IT support professional to join their team and help maintain smooth technical operations across their fast-paced environments.
Right now, they are looking for a Tier 1+ support person with a strong willingness to learn. The role involves supporting laptops, printers, and general office IT needs. Experience with both Mac and Windows systems is important, and familiarity with Bomb Guard and the Jira ticketing system is a big plus. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their technical skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
This is a 3-month contract-to-hire position based out of their Plano office.

Tech Breakdown
70% Windows OS / PC Support
20% Mac OS / Mobile Devices
10% Ticketing, Documentation, and Inventory Management
Daily Responsibilities
80% Hands-On Troubleshooting and Support

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a service desk environment
- Experience with Windows operating systems (Mac OS is a plus)
- Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and MS Exchange
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of help desk software and remote-access tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issue
- Time management and multitasking abilities
