  • Design and implement robust integration solutions to connect disparate systems (e.g., Insurance Claims & service platforms) using APIs, middleware, and custom workflows
  • Lead end-to-end program management for integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data across systems, ensuring data integrity and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define API specifications, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure scalability and reliability
  • Develop monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve integration failures
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing integration performance metrics and proposing enhancements to existing workflows
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders and technical teams on integration strategies
  • Document integration processes, technical specifications, and program outcomes for transparency and scalability

Requirements
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and transforming large datasets
  • Deep understanding of API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns (e.g., ETL, webhooks, message queues)
  • Proven experience as a technical program manager, leading cross-functional projects with business and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools like Postman for API testing
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architectures
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguous, cross-system challenges
  • Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Passion for driving operational efficiency through scalable, sustainable integrations
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
