PowerBI Analyst

Location: Midwestern United States (Hybrid)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $80000K-$100000K

Description:
* Support and maintain data infrastructure, dashboards, and reports.
* Utilize continuous improvement methods to enhance data models and reports.
* Prioritize and manage new report requests.
* Implement best practices and document requirements and designs.
* Identify trends in data and assist users in understanding them.
* Possess strong technical knowledge of data analysis applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot reports by investigating various data levels.
* Collaborate with the IT Support Team to prioritize tasks.
* Ensure global design standards are utilized in reports.
* Consult with users to understand their needs and stories.
* Present analysis findings to key users and leadership.
* Recommend improvements to management and leadership.

Qualifications:
* 2 to 5 years of work experience in data analysis.
* Experience in report creation is essential.
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Bachelor's degree required.
