Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end data integration and cloud migration strategies using IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter.

  • Lead solution blueprinting, performance optimization, and deliver technical workshops for internal stakeholders and client teams.

  • Drive legacy system re-platforming to modern, cloud-native data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Develop metadata-driven frameworks and reusable patterns to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Collaborate with enterprise data teams to align solutions with business goals and enterprise data strategies.

  • Oversee and guide data mapping, ETL/ELT design, and implementation adhering to best practices and security standards.

  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability and reliability of data workflows.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC (Cloud) and PowerCenter.

  • Proven track record in data modernization initiatives and large-scale cloud migration projects.

  • Expertise in building metadata-driven architectures.

  • Strong background in ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and data governance.

  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Informatica certifications (IDMC Specialist, Cloud Data Integration, PowerCenter Developer, etc.).

  • Exposure to additional tools in the Informatica ecosystem (MDM, EDC, Axon, Data Quality).

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
