Senior UX Designer

Compri Consulting s client is hiring a Senior UX Designer for a contract to hire opportunity located in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a hybrid role.
Description:
UX Designer will partner with a cross functional team of product, engineering, key stakeholders, and designers to create an end to end customer experience for our digital community. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive adoption and usage.
Responsibilities:

• Strong UI/UX design skills showcasing problem solving techniques focused on the customer
• Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, journey mapping techniques, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to support evidence-focused design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.
• Define and execute a customer centric strategy to focus on the customer experience through user research
• Strong journey mapping experience.
• Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs
• Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Work with existing UI Developer to create wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business or other relevant discipline such as UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design Thinking, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer responsible for wireframes, prototyping, and designs advocating for customer experience.
