Role: SAP SuccessFactors Analysts
Location: Cayce, SC - hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
Interview Process: 1 round, virtual (video required)
Duration of the Contract: 12 months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
- 5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII, PHI)
- Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
