Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support initiatives around FIS digital banking platforms (e.g., FIS Profile, IBS, or other relevant systems)

  • Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to implement and optimize digital banking features and integrations

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Drive adoption of new digital capabilities to enhance user experience and banking efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security standards

  • Monitor and optimize system performance

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital banking, with strong exposure to FIS technologies

  • Deep understanding of core banking operations, digital banking channels, and fintech integrations

  • Strong experience working with stakeholders in banking environments

  • Familiarity with FIS solutions such as Profile, IBS, Clear2Pay, or OPF is a plus

  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills

  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models preferred
