SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant (VISA INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Summary: The SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of the project and the customer-experience along the way. The consultant will be considered a subject matter expert in the SAP Fieldglass application and will be called upon to consult on best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving customer behavior towards Best-in-Class solutions
• Leading Fit-to-Standard and Delta Design workshops
• Capturing configuration values from Fit-to-Standard Workshops, managing, and estimating customer Backlog
• Demonstrating customer-specific solution
• Manage configuration of the test and production environments
• Actively contributing to product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation

MUST HAVES:

• Have 3+ years consulting experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with experience in a SaaS solution. SAP Fieldglass application knowledge.
• Experience and/or understanding of the Managed Services Provider and/or Vendor Management industry
• Understanding of one or more implementation methodologies such as Agile
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage client expectations
• Ability to learn complex concepts and subjects under a variety of conditions
• Demonstrated detail-orientation with strong organizational skills, including the ability to self-manage time and tasks
• Bachelor's degree or Relevant experience preferred
