Job Title: Engineering Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with strong hands-on coding skills and deep expertise in integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workato. The ideal candidate will lead engineering teams while actively contributing to technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration between systems and driving best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on with coding and technical problem-solving.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workato.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient system integrations.
- Oversee code quality, architecture decisions, and delivery timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Hands-on expertise with integration tools: Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato (or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
