Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. The ideal candidate will support the project manager and teams by coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and maintaining documentation to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines. Proactively support multiple project initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely task completion and issue escalation as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist project manager and Sr. Director in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members have the necessary resources.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Schedule and organize meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements or feedback.
Monitor project risks and issues and assist in resolving them.
Support the project team in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
This person should be a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple ongoing priorities. Strong attention to detail and experience working in consulting or IT environments is a plus. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, anticipates needs, and excels in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Analysis, AI centric, ability to resolve complex problems independently
Delivery centric in a supplier environment
Ability to interact and screen potential candidates
Excellent at research and scheduling
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or requirements across teams.
Strong critical thinking and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Tools & Technologies:
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
Google & Microsoft Office Suite, especially Gmail, Docs, Slides, Outlook and PowerPoint
Collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for meeting coordination and communication
