Position: Full Stack Developer (.NET Core + Angular)

Client: Healthcare Domain
Location: Remote
Type: Long-term Contract
on W2 or H1b on C2C

Overview:

We re seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Angular and .NET Core to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale healthcare applications.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven ability to build secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using .NET Core, C#, MVC, and Angular (v8+).

  • Architect and build modular, reusable Angular components, implementing efficient data communication patterns between parent and child components using Input/Output decorators, services, and observables.

  • Manage secure frontend-backend integration, ensuring APIs are invoked only when the user is authorized leveraging route guards, HTTP interceptors, and JWT-based authentication.

  • Apply solid coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to maintain scalability and performance across layers.

  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and complex queries.

  • Work with IIS for deployment and manage CI/CD pipelines through GitLab or similar tools.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and support production releases.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with .NET technologies, including .NET Core, C#, and MVC Framework.

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Angular development with a strong grasp of component lifecycle, state management, and dependency injection.

  • In-depth understanding of frontend security practices, role-based access control, and authorization handling to prevent unauthorized API interactions.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL scripting, and performance tuning.

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and IIS configuration.

  • Exposure to healthcare domain applications or compliance-driven environments (HIPAA, PHI) is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or cloud-native deployment.

  • Familiarity with microservices, RESTful API design, or GraphQL.

  • Understanding of RxJS, Reactive Forms, and State Management (NgRx).

  • Knowledge of Unit Testing and Test Automation frameworks for Angular and .NET.
