About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workfront & Fusion Implementation Technical Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of Workfront as our enterprise portfolio and project management tool. You will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration of a scalable Workfront environment, leveraging Fusion for seamless integration and automation of workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Workfront Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of Workfront as the enterprise portfolio and project management (PPM) tool, ensuring it aligns with the organization's technical architecture and strategic goals.
• System Architecture & Configuration: Design, configure, and optimize a scalable Workfront environment to support diverse departmental needs and project teams.
• Fusion Integration: Utilize Fusion to integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems, creating automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and data synchronization.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-deployment support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop customized solutions within Workfront.
• Best Practices & Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for Workfront usage, including system governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of the Workfront environment.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, integration workflows, and architecture diagrams.
• Training & Support: Provide technical training and support to IT teams and end-users to ensure effective adoption and use of Workfront and Fusion.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT architecture or technical consulting, with a focus on implementing and configuring enterprise PPM tools.
  • Extensive experience in implementing Workfront as an enterprise solution.
  • Proficiency in using Workfront Fusion for system integration and automation.
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of portfolio and project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to design scalable and resilient system architectures.
  • Expertise in creating and managing complex workflows, custom forms, and project templates in Workfront.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools to enhance system capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications: Workfront certification and/or Fusion certification highly desirable.
