project manager role, you ll be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring each has the right team and resources to complete the job. You ll develop systems for optimal project planning, define project schedules and scope, and delegate tasks to the people you know will do the best job.
You ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders and contributors. You ll also keep projects on schedule and within budget, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Role responsibilities, including the following:
- Develop, monitor, and revise systems to optimize project planning and execution
- Align project schedule and scope with management expectations and client needs
- Assemble teams and delegate project-related tasks to individuals based on identified competencies, knowledge, and experience
- Track and monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within the specified budget
- Allocate and manage available resources to facilitate excellent and efficient project execution
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project contributors and stakeholders
- Continually assess and communicate progress at specified milestones and adjust constraints when and where needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE II preferred
- 3+ years experience in project management roles, preferably with increasing scope and responsibility

- Proven ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships
