Position Overview: The Business Analyst is responsible to providing daily support to the management team by providing technical support and enhancements.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide Project Analyst and management support as directed by project leader.
Manage and track project related activities and report status as needed.
Facilitate accurate and timely completion of business and technical activities as required.
Additional Administrative tasks as required and assigned by project leader/team.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At minimum, high school diploma, with at least two years of work experience in a professional office setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good understanding of Banking and Capital Markets, specifically Mortgage industry
Strong understanding of Mortgage lifecycle (Origination, Servicing and Closing)
Understanding of any Mortgage platforms would be helpful
A strong team attitude and works well with others
Ability to pay attention to detail
Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving
Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook proficiency
Mortgage Industry experience a plus
