Job Details

Overview:

Senior Project Manager with a strong background in asset management, preferably from commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital. The ideal candidate will also have experience in IT application development within the real estate space. This role will support our customer's Client Care Team, focusing on managing the sales funnel/deal process and developing a unified UX & custom UI shell while integrating with Salesforce.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, real estate, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on asset management and IT application development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate, banking, or venture capital.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (must-have).
  • Ability to participate in and synthesize technical discussions for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in real estate technology projects.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce customization and UI/UX development.
  • Previous experience working with technology-driven asset management solutions.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
