The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Operations will be responsible for leveraging client's CRM platform (Braze) to build and manage audience segments, orchestrate journeys, implement A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and conversion. This individual will uphold data QA processes to ensure flawless execution and deliver insights and recommendations for owned marketing channels. Success in this role requires a blend of business acumen and analytical expertise to translate stakeholder objectives into systematic rules and workflows, and to provide data-driven recommendations that inform and influence marketing decisions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate business requirements to build and maintain audience logic for marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
Execute audience builds ensuring alignment with business objectives, data accuracy, and adherence to internal best practices.
Design and implement multi-channel, multi-touch journeys in collaboration with Marketing and Strategy teams.
Coordinate with template development and QA teams to ensure seamless, error-free execution and deployment of campaigns. Identify and address opportunities to improve QA and execution processes.
Set up and monitor A/B tests, testing subject lines, message content, send times, and channel mix. Interpret results and make recommendations.
Analyze campaign results to understand engagement and conversion performance.
Make recommendations on campaign targeting and cadence strategies and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to implement.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Analytics roles.
Advanced proficiency in Braze, with the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and optimize audience segmentation logic.
Extensive experience building custom and standardized audiences that effectively align data with marketing objectives.
Proven experience developing and managing QA processes for complex, multi-step workflows involving multiple handoffs, reviews, and approval stages.
Strong analytical capabilities, including campaign performance analysis, experimentation design, and proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau and ThoughtSpot.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Rate: $45-50/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week. Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
