RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, NJ that is seeking an IT Support Specialist.

Summary:
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on helping others? We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide both remote and in-person technical support to employees and sales agents across the country. This role also includes on-site repair and support at Coldwell Banker branch offices as needed.

Duties:
* Deliver responsive technical support for desktops, laptops, and network systems-both remotely and in person
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including LAN, server, and connectivity problems
* Configure new workstations and upgrade existing systems and software
* Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems
* Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and resolve issues using remote tools
* Use a ticketing system to track and manage support requests
* Lead and mentor junior team members as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
* 5-10 years of hands-on IT support experience
* Strong knowledge of hardware components, configurations, and software troubleshooting
* Experience with network and telecommunication systems
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
