Core Skills & Experience:
7 10+ years of experience in ITSM roles.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow (esp. ITSM + ITOM modules).
SolarWinds experience and its integration with ServiceNow.
Proven track record in infrastructure-to-service mapping.
Hands-on with Web Services, LDAP, JavaScript (especially in SNOW workflows).
Good grasp of dependency mapping, impact analysis, and service visibility strategies.
Soft Skills:
Prior leadership or team lead experience.
Strong consulting mindset comfortable with advising, influencing, and solutioning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.
Citizenship:
Profiles That May Not Be a Fit:
Pure SNOW Admins with no SolarWinds exposure
Candidates with only ITIL foundation but no real-world mapping or integration experience
Junior or mid-level resources without leadership or consultative exposure
Offshore/remote-only candidates (since the location is Chicago, IL likely onsite/hybrid)
