Job Title: Senior Integration Consultant/Sr. Integration Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH(Complete Remote)
Type: FulltimeResponsibilities:

 Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders to understand and document integration needs within the healthcare environment.

Assess current state data flow, identify, and resolve integration problems and work with implementation team to validate proposed future state

Analyze, design integration approach, define and build interfaces between various healthcare systems - Electronic Health Records (EHR) with downstream systems such as billing, lab, cardiology, radiology, etc.)
Develop and maintain system interfaces for real-time and batch integration.

Support the deployment of packaged integration solution through data integration design, build, test, and deployment.

Lead the development, configure, testing, troubleshooting, and cutover of application integrations, ensuring successful implementation.
Analyze and document requirement, approach, data and workflow processes (e.g., Admissions Discharge, Transfer)
Identify and implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance within healthcare IT systems.
Stay current with the latest healthcare IT trends and technologies related to healthcare data integration.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Health Information Management or a related field (preferred).

Overall experience of 5-10 years implementing innovative healthcare industry-specific solutions/ systems.

·Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in implementing, updating interfaces between EHR systems and downstream applications using HL7, through Epic Bridges, Cerner Integration, Core point and HealthCare Integration Engine etc.

·Strong understanding of healthcare data transactional standards like HL7 (v2.x and v3), FHIR, API, XML, CDA, CCD) and awareness of regulations (HIPAA etc.).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Effective communication/ collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences and ability to work independently.
