Description
We are looking for a visionary IT Director to lead our technology strategy and operations in Miamisburg, Ohio. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee enterprise IT systems, drive innovation, and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging their technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and digital transformation goals.
Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department leaders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure and drive innovation.
Oversee the management of IT operations, including system infrastructure, cloud environments, and user support.
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and service-level agreements to ensure operational excellence.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to optimize cost and performance.
Direct cybersecurity initiatives, including risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance with industry standards.
Support enterprise scaling efforts, including system integration and M& A activities.
Ensure the organization's IT systems and processes are future-proof and resilient.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within high-growth environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects successfully.
Expertise in cloud-based technologies and environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity protocols and compliance.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and certifications in IT or business-related disciplines.
Familiarity with industries like manufacturing or large-scale operations is a plus.
