Job Description:
DMAS is seeking a senior System Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). This role requires deep Medicaid business knowledge, systems analysis experience, and strong data/ETL skills.

Required Skills:

  • Systems Analysis (10+ years)

  • Medicaid system components & business rules

  • Requirements gathering & solution design

  • ETL tools, interfaces & extracts

  • SQL / PL-SQL

  • Oracle, MongoDB

  • Agile boards, Azure DevOps

  • CI/CD concepts
