Join us as a Senior Analyst in Cyber and Information Security Risk Management, where you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure robust cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and address cybersecurity risks in intricate projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct assessments of external party information security controls to ensure compliance with our risk management standards.
  • Develop risk profiles for vendor and partner services using industry best practices and internal policies.
  • Recommend effective solutions to mitigate cybersecurity risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Guide project stakeholders on statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and communication records in our risk management platform.
  • Report engagement status to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in enforcing security policies and review exceptions, providing management recommendations.
  • Research and advocate for new technologies to enhance security for the enterprise and its partners.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members on cybersecurity risk management processes.
  • Perform additional risk management tasks as assigned.

Skills

  • Strong experience in information security risk management and IT audits, ideally in large corporate settings.
  • Proficiency in industry frameworks and regulations, such as SOC, ISO, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives and tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
  • Experience in balancing business needs with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Persuasive skills to influence desired outcomes.
