Title: Test Lead Oracle Modules (Fin, SCM, HCM)
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with extensive experience in Oracle Applications (Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and overall delivery of quality across multiple Oracle modules. Experience with Jira for issue tracking and Cutover planning & execution is essential. This is a remote position working with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Oracle implementations across Financials (Fin), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
- Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on functional specifications.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
- Execute manual and automated tests; ensure defects are tracked, documented, and resolved effectively.
- Work closely with teams during Cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
- Use Jira for defect management, test case execution tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor test progress and metrics; prepare and present test reports to leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and testing methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and project deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud/On-Premise modules Financials, SCM, HCM
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Oracle modules
- Experience in Test Planning, Test Case Design, Execution, and Defect Management
- Proficiency in Jira, including issue tracking, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with Cutover planning and execution, including rollback procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a testing team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
