Data Analyst 5Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Data Analyst for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be eight months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: You'll have the opportunity to shape foundational analytics infrastructure, work with diverse customer data sources, and directly impact product strategy in a high-visibility AI monetization team.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience Required: 10 years, targeting a senior data analyst level.
- Degrees or Certifications Required: No specific degree or certification required; experience with Azure AI tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Top candidates have experience in customer insights, customer intelligence, or ad tech, and show proactive ownership of projects. Average candidates may lack direct marketing analytics or customer data platform experience.
- Performance Indicators: Success is measured by attention to detail, meeting requirements, usability of data environments, customer orientation, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Marketing Analytics/Customer Insights: Minimum 10 years, with experience in analyzing customer feedback, sentiment, and marketing data.
- Power BI/Fabric: Minimum 10 years, including building dashboards and working with Fabric data environments.
- Ad Hoc Data Analysis & Enablement: Minimum 10 years, with the ability to quickly analyze diverse datasets and support ongoing product needs.
