Position: Chat bot LLM- QA Lead
Location: Costa mesa, CA (Onsite)
Job description
Serve as the primary point of contact for testing-related discussions onshore
Define test strategies, scope, and objectives in alignment with project requirements.
Identify test scenarios, create test plans, and estimate effort required.
Ensure alignment of testing efforts with business and technical stakeholders.
Actively participate in test case design, execution, and defect tracking with the use of GenAI.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and automation testing as needed.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage based on system requirements.
Log, track, and analyze defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to triage issues efficiently.
Provide detailed test execution and defect reports to stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution across time zones.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers in the testing process.
Proactively suggest mitigations and escalate critical issues as necessary.
