Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Type: W2 Contract
Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Pay Rate: $23-$26/hr.
Contract Length: 1 year (potential to convert!)

Overview:

A leading global innovator in the manufacturing and science space (you ve definitely heard of them!) is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support day-to-day inventory and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in managing supply workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, and vendor sourcing.

  • Manage shipping logistics for parts via FedEx, UPS, freight carriers, international shipments, and government clients.

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoice approvals using SAP.

  • Handle corporate expenses and purchases using a P-Card, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Communicate with customers over the phone to coordinate and fulfill part shipments.

  • Take on additional logistics or administrative tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, shipping, or logistics.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
