Role: IBM Maximo Trainer
Location: Chicago, Illinois or Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in developing learning content for IT system implementations or upgrades, such as Maximo, SAP, or Oracle.
- Ability to create technical and business process training to facilitate IT and end-user adoption.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR and their alignment with training programs.
- Preferably, background in the utilities industry (electric, gas, water) or asset-intensive sectors.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or WalkMe.
- Experience with large-scale implementations and associated training activities is essential.
Education and Experience:
- 3 6 years of relevant experience in training development, instructional design, or learning strategy, ideally focusing on IBM Maximo or other enterprise asset management systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating learning content for IT system implementations or upgrades, including Maximo, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Ability to design technical and business process training to support IT and end-user adoption.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks like Prosci ADKAR and their integration with training efforts.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or WalkMe.
