Role Summary

The Enterprise Survey Platform (ESP) Business Systems Analyst will support the delivery and

enhancement of the Qualtrics platform for customer and dealer experience programs. This role

will bridge business needs and technical execution across survey design, reporting, and

integrations. The BSA will partner closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, development and

QA teams to ensure survey program delivery, operational readiness, and successful UAT.

Primary objectives include completing platform development, refining requirements, managing

backlog items, testing survey builds and dashboards

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Delivery Support

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for

surveys, dashboards, workflows, and integrations.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Create and maintain documentation including user stories, process flows, and data mapping

as needed.

Support development and configuration activities by vendors, ensuring deliverables meet

business needs.

Quality Assurance & UAT

Review, refine and write test cases for surveys, dashboards, data flows, and reporting.

Execute system testing and coordinate UAT with business users.

Validate data accuracy and end-to-end workflows across platforms.

Track, triage, and ensure resolution of defects and enhancements.

Backlog Management & Operational Execution

Maintain and refine backlog in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Prioritize tickets and enhancement requests based on business value and urgency.

Troubleshoot issues related to survey logic, distributions, dashboards, and data pipelines.

Route issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors and follow through to resolution.

Document issues, root cause analysis, and solutions for knowledge base.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with vendor teams to provide clear requirements, QA support, and feedback.

Ensure vendor alignment on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.

Communicate updates, risks, and delivery timelines to business partners.

Day-to-Day Activities

Conduct requirement workshops with business users.

Review and refine vendor designs for surveys/workflows.

Write, review, refine and execute test cases; manage UAT cycles.

Monitor platform issues and manage support ticket workflow.

Validate reporting/dashboard accuracy and user access.

Track delivery milestones and communicate status.

Train users where necessary on reporting and survey usage.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Qualtrics (survey build, dashboards, workflows) or another

enterprise survey/VoC platform.

Strong understanding of survey logic, data flows, and reporting.

Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with both Agile delivery practices (Scrum or Kanban) and traditional Waterfall .

Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills.

Experience writing test cases and coordinating UAT.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and strong analytical / problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in enterprise survey, Voice of Customer, or experience-management programs.

Exposure to data governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Familiarity with Qualtrics dashboards, reporting, and data feeds.

Comfortable working with Jira/Confluence or similar project tools.

Understanding of analytics, customer data, or data integration workflows.

Soft Skills

Able to manage multiple parallel workstreams and deadlines.
