Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help us design and develop re-usable Mainframe applications that focus on customer experience needs and optimize quality and deployment practices.
  • Give to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment as a member of an agile, multi-functional team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; 3 - 5 years
  • Cobol, DB2, VSAM and JCL
  • A lot of experience in data handling / Mainframe experience
  • Strong programming skills with digital attitude, and fluent Mainframe technology components.
  • Are data-driven and can measure, collect, and use data to make decisions.
  • We understand the value of intuition and the need to balance decisions accordingly.
  • Have strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in important discussions.
  • Ability to blend development with testing by participating in quality efforts.
  • We consider software quality is ensured through prevention rather than detection
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to take on issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment.
  • Strong working experience in CICS, DB2 , VSAM , COBOL and JCL
  • Exposure to JAVA / J2EE, Python, Angular and web service application development
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization globally
  • Experience with cloud technologies Azure/AWS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Shown experience and knowledge of Agile development methodology is required.
  • Bachelor s or any equivalent degree with computer science background with 5+ years of relevant experience.
