Description:
Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support its IT operations in Columbus, OH. This role is critical to ensuring seamless access to technology services for internal users and partners
Responsibilities
Assign user rights for applications and network services (folders, printers, databases, cloud platforms)
Perform password resets across Active Directory, email, remote access, and internal systems
Manage account lifecycle: creation, modification, disabling, and deletion
Conduct regular account audits and cleanups
Troubleshoot and remediate user access issues
Support endpoint deployment and configuration of new devices
Coordinate delivery and e-recycling of IT equipment
Provide technical support for desktop and service desk operations
Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and partners via phone, messaging, and in person
Operate within an ITSM framework to track and resolve incidents
Minimum Qualifications
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Outlook
Experience in desktop support and service desk environments
Familiarity with endpoint deployment and device configuration
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes
Ability to contribute immediately to project goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting cloud-based services
Familiarity with privileged access management
Prior work in government or enterprise IT environments
