Your Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production recipes and bills of materials (BOMs) within MRP systems for the manufacture of standard Liquid and Dry Powder Cell Culture Media, Serum, and Sterile Liquid Solutions. You will perform and manage the integration of new and modified products into the site manufacturing processes.

Your Role:

You will perform and manage the integration of new and modified products into the site manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain production recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within MRP systems.
- Manufacture standard Liquid and Dry Powder Cell Culture Media, Serum, and Sterile Liquid Solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product design and ongoing maintenance of relevant ERP systems.
- Perform and manage the integration of new and modified products into site manufacturing processes.
- Effectively collaborate with Design Engineers.
- Communicate with customers to implement new specifications.
- Support internal changes to specifications.
- Ensure project metrics are maintained for real-time reporting.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Life Science or Engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, or other Life Science industry.
- Experience with manufacturing, MRP, and Quality systems in a GMP or regulated environment.
- Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with analyzing data sets.
- Understanding of sterile liquid and dry powder manufacturing.
