Title: Senior/Lead Architect

We re hiring a visionary Senior/Lead Architect with 18+ years in architecture and technology leadership to lead and mentor a dynamic team of 20+ architects working across legacy systems and cutting-edge technologies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and innovation catalyst who can align technology architecture with enterprise business goals, drive high-impact outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence.

Daily Tasks Performed:

• Define, track, and achieve architectural services objectives in line with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a 20+ architect team across domains and platforms
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Set and enforce architectural standards and best practices
• Oversee design and implementation of scalable, secure technical solutions
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies and architectural trends
• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term technology roadmaps
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide high-level technical guidance
• Manage architect assignments, performance, and resource allocation
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and risk mitigation plans
• Oversee architectural budget and ensure cost-effective resource planning
• Maintain productive relationships with vendors and partners to align on goals
• Foster continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 18+ years in architecture and technology leadership
• Experience across a broad range of technical domains
• Familiarity with Salesforce, automotive, captive finance, and data analytics
• Proven track record of driving technical innovation
• Agile and DevOps familiarity
• Relevant certifications strongly preferred
• Minimum 4+ years in Big 4 consulting preferred
• Stable work history with large enterprise environments
