Softeon WMS Support Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support for Softeon WMS across multiple warehouse operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order management, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth WMS operations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of support analysts or developers.
  • Analyze and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for knowledge transfer and support continuity.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in support and/or implementation of WMS solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading small teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes (pick, pack, ship).
  • Familiarity with integration points between WMS and ERP systems. Knowledge of integration to Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with flexible hours.
