Mobile Maintenance Technician
<>Qualifications:</>
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial/commercial equipment repair and maintenance.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and/or mechanical schematics.
- Strong research skills to identify and implement solutions.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Skilled in time management, completing repairs within specified schedules.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong understanding of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety protocols.
- 3+ years of experience with 3-phase electrical troubleshooting.
- Welding experience (preferred).
<>Responsibilities:</>
- Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of up to five assigned wash locations.
- Perform all required mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance for mechanical and electrical components.
- Schedule, plan, and prioritize projects/repairs.
- Order replacement parts and maintain an inventory of spare parts.
- Diagnose and resolve emergency breakdowns promptly.
- Document repairs (both past and future tasks) using a CMMS program or spreadsheet.
- Train car wash team members on proper use of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to company vehicle policies and safety protocols as outlined by OSHA and Quick Quack.
