Operations Analyst



Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - Onsite 3 Days/Week Required)
Duration: 9 Months (Contract)

Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support a leading financial services firm in Chicago. This contract role will focus on implementing pricing strategy updates within Salesforce, specifically using Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software. The Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely updates to pricing configurations, supporting the firm's client engagement and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement and adjust client pricing strategies within Salesforce CPQ.

  • Ensure accurate product configuration, pricing, and quoting based on business requirements.

  • Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues related to CPQ workflows.

  • Analyze data and validate pricing updates to maintain accuracy and consistency.

  • Support process improvement initiatives related to sales operations and pricing models.



Qualifications:



  • Prior experience working with Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ.

  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data sets.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work onsite in Chicago at least 3 days per week.
