Workday Integrations Consultant (Contract) - W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations in line with client requirements and best practices.
  • Support both Implementation and IMPL teams by addressing integration issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead integration projects including scoping, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimize existing integrations for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (e.g. Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect).
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and data transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Workday certification is required HCM at a minimum
