Role Name: PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Description

We are not looking for Program Managers or Product Managers.
Naehas experience is non-negotiable.

We need developer profiles (preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or campaign management development background).

Requirements
  • 8+ years in MarTech, including 3+ years in campaign & offer management application development on platforms like Naehas.

  • Proven track record in leading the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions.

  • Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations with MarTech platforms, including:

    • Adobe Experience Platform (CDP)

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM

  • Ability to partner with Product Managers and Solution Architects to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.

  • Experience in mentoring and guiding developers.

  • Skilled in client-facing workshops; translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.

  • Solid grasp of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Passion for continuous improvement in development practices and solution delivery.
