Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 4 year degree in mechanical or civil engineering, or related field
- Develop designs for water and wastewater systems.
- Lead projects from concept to completion, managing stakeholders and ensuring milestones are met within budget and on time.
- Provide expertise to engineering teams, solving complex problems and conducting technical reviews.
- Mitigate risks proactively to enhance project success.
- Review budgets and schedules.
- Forecast resources for engineering and operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align activities with organizational goals.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Prepare reports and design documents.
- Manage construction aspects against contract requirements.
- Review engineering calculations for compliance.
- Implement standard operating procedures.
- Interact with regulatory agencies.
