Lead Web Application Engineer

As a Technical Engineer Contractor, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions. Designing and developing technical solutions to address complex engineering problems. Conducting system integration, testing, and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of technical solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Performing troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system functionality. Documenting technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Strong hands-on experience with server-side programming (e.g. Node.js, SpringBoot)
• Experience with could platform preferably Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Strong Devops experience including and not limited to github, bamboo, sonarqube
• 7+ years building modern web applications/sites in a professional environment
• 7+ years experiences in designing, developing, integrating and deploying web services (with REST/SOAP/JSON/XML) using micro services architecture
• Minimum of 6 years with JavaScript and proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework (AngularJS preferred) - including the ability to work with remote APIs and third-party web services, loading data asynchronously, understanding state management, using JavaScript templates and dynamic views
