Job Description:
The System Engineer Trader Voice role is to provide technology leadership for developing, integrating, and supporting Client Health s Technology Voice Services. This position will require deep domain knowledge which will provide advanced technical experience related to voice design, implementation, and migrations. This individual is expected to understand common industry voice technology and methodologies to implement Trader Voice platforms in an enterprise setting.
Purpose: focusing on management and product monitoring, health checks delivery, technical support and testing of the Trading Voice infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of a range of Trading Voice services into the Company. Primarily this involves Engineering, assisting operation teams, monitoring, controls.
Management and monitoring of the Trading Voice infrastructure.
Perform ready for business checks.
L2/L3 Engineering and Troubleshooting any Trading Voice related issues.
Certify new Software releases and assess new features.
Adhere to Internal Controls and procedures.
Ensure deadlines and SLA are met.
Be part of the change process around production activities and review Vendor Provided SoWs.
Liaise with external partners and vendors for support and change management.
Ensuring appropriate escalation to management as soon as an issue is escalated.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ Years experience in Trader Voice Engineering

Knowledge of Trader Voice systems (IPC systems, Hoots, Private Lines, Cloud9 etc.)

Deep SIP protocol and VoIP Telephony expertise.
Experience with running software in a VDI environment
Experience with running VMs on ESXi and KVM environment

Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL), administration and query search operations.
Understanding of CISCO telephony, MS Teams, Skype for Business applications.
Understanding of Private wires and Hoot Networks.
