Role/Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator provides project delivery support to Technology's Programs, and Program Managers. This individual will be responsible for project management deliverable support including project schedules, risk/issue management, resource need tracking, reporting, documentation, and project team collaboration activities.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers and leadership in ensuring the successful governance and delivery of projects and programs
  • Support administrative aspects of projects and programs, tracking and reporting on progress, objectives, key discussion points, and quality measures.
  • Assist in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicate frequently with team members and management
  • Coordinate deadlines on all deliverables across a wide range of teams and functions
  • Support the review of projects and programs for alignment with process and policy
  • Coordinate and track vendor SOW, contracts, engagements, and fulfillment
  • Assist in resolving impediments facing projects and programs
  • Assist in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
  • Attend client and staff meetings pertaining to project
  • Apply analytical skills in the review of project data and financials
  • Support forecasting and planning of resource demand and fulfillment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders through various channels
  • Attention to detail in documenting key discussions, project records, and decisions
  • Applies critical thinking and analytical skills to drive the work across the team
  • Able to see the big picture, understanding the details, and making the connections of the work effort
  • Proactively manages issues and risks, and escalates as needed
  • Leads moderately complex activities on regular basis
  • Assists senior professionals in determining methods and procedures for new tasks
  • Identifies areas for possible improvements and proactively addresses problems within scope of responsibility
  • Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions
  • Makes recommendations to management on new processes, tools and techniques, or development of new products and services
  • Makes decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group; provides guidance to and/or assists staff on non-routine or escalated issues
  • Works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors
  • Requires little instruction on day-to-day work and general direction on more complex tasks and projects
  • Collaborates with senior professionals in the development of methods, techniques and analytical approach

Qualifications: Education and Work Experience

  • Associate s degree or equivalent experience/education
  • Collaboration tool experience (Google Suite preferred)
  • Previous project coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a hospital system (preferred)
  • Formal training in project management (preferred)
  • Program management coordinator or PMO coordinator experience (preferred)

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $66,000

Pay Range Maximum: $124,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
