We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12 Months on W2 with the potential to extend or convert

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
  • Prior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or systems engineering.
  • Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges
  • Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
  • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • SAFe Scrum Master or other scaled Agile certifications

  • Strong teamwork skills

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities:
  • Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Team Support: Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Tool Management: Administer Agile tools such as Agility
