SAP HR Solution Process Owner

Wilmington, DE - HYBRID

12 months contract

Interview Mode: Phone + video

 

Experience: 10+ years

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP HR modules (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, etc.), including configuration and process design and documentation
  • Proven experience with data analytics/querying tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects
  • Proven experience in HR process ownership or HRIS project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes, such as payroll, recruitment, talent management, and performance management.
  • Experience in process optimization.
