We’re seeking a hands-on Jira Systems Administrator with strong stakeholder-facing skills to lead the consolidation of 37 Jira environments into a unified system. This role blends Jira administration, business analysis, and product ownership to drive adoption, build workflows, and support IT managers in leveraging Jira effectively.

<>Key Responsibilities:</>
  • Administer Jira: manage users, permissions, workflows, screens, fields, and notifications
  • Customize Jira for stakeholder needs; build dashboards and automate ticket flows
  • Lead Jira training and adoption across IT teams (0–75% usage currently)
  • Support integration of BigPicture (Atlassian marketplace tool) for reporting
  • Partner with IT managers to unify and streamline Jira usage across 37 sites
  • Document configurations and provide ongoing support
<>Qualifications:</>
  • Proven experience as a Jira Admin, ideally with BA/Product Owner background
  • Experience customizing Jira for cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools; BigPicture experience is a plus
  • No scripting/API work required
