Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing escalations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction. This position focuses on leveraging advanced technical skills in Kubernetes and Ansible to implement organizational initiatives and maintain service delivery as per the Statement of Work (SOW).
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations By Applying Expertise In Kubernetes And Ansible To Manage Container Orchestration And Automate Operations, Adhering To Established Sla Norms.
2. Oversee The Generation Of Tower Level Ee & En Revenue By Implementing Effective Strategies And Utilizing Redhat Linux And Azure Cloud Technologies For Scalable Solutions.
3. Validate Reports And Ensure Operational Hygiene By Leveraging Ansible For Configuration Management And Automation, Ensuring Services Align With The Agreed Sow.
4. Drive Customer Satisfaction Initiatives By Developing And Implementing Frameworks That Utilize Kubernetes For Container Management And Enhance Service Delivery.
5. Lead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities Through Ansible And Container Orchestration, Fostering A Culture Of Self-Driven Initiatives.
Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Kubernetes And Container Orchestration Technologies
2. Strong Proficiency In Ansible For Automation And Configuration Management
3. Familiarity With Redhat Linux And Its Ecosystem
4. Understanding Of Azure Cloud Services And Deployment Strategies
5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Crisis Management Skills
Certification
1. Relevant Certifications In Kubernetes (Cka, Ckad) And Ansible (Ansible Automation Certification) Are Optional But Valuable.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
