Job Details

Need candidates currently located in or near Illinois

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements from Epics, User Stories, and Solution Architecture documents.
  • Design and develop detailed test cases covering positive, negative, and alternate scenarios.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases across Salesforce modules.
  • Perform defect management raise, triage, and track defects through closure.
  • Conduct sanity testing, production verification, and E2E testing.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and defect triage sessions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Squad Teams for issue resolution and testing feedback.
  • Provide test sign-off to E2E testing teams, ensuring full test coverage and quality assurance.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases to maintain strong coverage.
  • Proactively communicate with the QA Lead and Squad Lead regarding progress, blockers, or planned leaves.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for assigned testing tasks and deliverables.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to testing standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce testing experience, including Service Cloud and Communication Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, EPC, CPQ, and CLM is a plus.
  • Proficiency in designing, executing, and documenting test cases and test scenarios.
  • Experience in functional, regression, sanity, and E2E testing.
  • Strong understanding of Defect Lifecycle, Test Coverage, and Test Sign-Off processes.
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and pipelines (any tool exposure acceptable).
  • Hands-on experience with Provar (preferred) or Selenium automation tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Telecom domain experience is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with API testing and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other project management and defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Bitbucket or Git.
