 Technical Sales Associate – Energy & Power Domain


 We are seeking a Technical Sales Associate to join our Energy & Power team. The role focuses on building and managing client relationships, driving account success, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about energy solutions, has strong technical understanding, and can communicate complex concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client accounts end-to-end—from onboarding through project delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their technical and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and marketing) to develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present data-driven proposals, product demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy and power domain.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Support the sales cycle by providing technical insights, responding to RFPs, and assisting in contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy, or related technical field.
  • entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; experience in energy or technical sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with energy systems, power generation, or renewable technologies is preferred.
  • Texas A&M graduates highly preferred (or similar technical universities).
