Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.

Summary:
An ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience leading both Application Development (SDLC) and Infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment. This role requires strong organizational discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Ideal candidates are detail-driven and execution-focused, with a clear understanding of enterprise project delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities:
* Manage full project lifecycle activities for concurrent application development and infrastructure initiatives
* Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, scope documents, Gantt charts, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope
* Proactively identify risks and issues, driving resolution and communicating updates to stakeholders
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives when supporting Agile projects
* Ensure alignment across project teams, business units, and leadership through effective status reporting
* Utilize tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Visio, and other PM systems to track progress and manage tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Project Management experience with direct oversight of SDLC and Infrastructure projects
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with competing priorities
* Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional Waterfall methodologies
* Experience working within a large enterprise environment, navigating complex stakeholder structures
* Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, and Smartsheet
* Solid financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts

Preferred Skills:
* PMP or comparable certification
* Familiarity with cloud migrations, data center operations, or enterprise application rollouts
* Experience coordinating across onshore and offshore development teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
